Funeral for Nature

In 2024 I worked with Extinction Rebellion Bath and the Red Rebel Brigade to create a collaborative street performance called Funeral for Nature at which Chris Packham spoke at the finale in front of Bath Abbey.  Inviting the public to participate as ‘mourners’ we walked through Bath to the accompaniment of a single drum and the streets fell silent.  I was helped to create the ‘funeral byre’ with its figure of Mother Nature by many people including gardeners, carpenters and the model herself.
