10m Wall Drawing
As part of a solo exhibition at Watermans Art Centre in London, which was allied to a collaborative dance performance in their theatre which I was involved in with Richard Chappell Dance, I created a 10m long life drawing in chalk directly on to the grey gallery wall. Working with one model who adopted a sequence of unplanned poses over a period of 5 hours, the drawing emerged along the wall and echoed the bends and twists of the River Thames which flows adjacent to the gallery.
