In 2010 I decided to stretch the limit of what I felt was possible in the blown away series by making the ‘fronds’ which extend from the figure much longer than I had done before.  I was lucky enough to show this piece with Chris Beardshaw in his award winning garden at Chelsea Flower Show.  To The Limit II & III continued to develop the idea with more movement gradually coming into the fronds and the figure slowly softening her stance.
